Depois da pe\u00e7a de resist\u00eancia que constituiu, no ano passado, a edi\u00e7\u00e3o antol\u00f3gica de uma caixa com quatro \u00e1lbuns, o guitarrista optou aqui por uma sequ\u00eancia de 18 temas curtos, onde a simplicidade de processos predomina. Um olhar renovado sobre as suas origens que nos faz recuar aos bons velhos tempos dos anos 50. Recusando os solos intermin\u00e1veis, credores do jazz, nos quais se notabilizou, Beck entrega-se em vez disso a pequenos jogos r\u00e1pidos de guitarra, aos quais respondem o saxofone e o piano, de acordo com as regras estipuladas pelo \u201crockabilly\u201d. Se o objectivo, para al\u00e9m das homenagens, era apenas fazer dan\u00e7ar, como o t\u00edtulo sugere, foi plenamente conseguido. Toca a besuntar o cabelo de brilhantina, a p\u00f4r la\u00e7os nos vestidos e a dar ao p\u00e9.
