Atrav\u00e9s de sucessivas depura\u00e7\u00f5es que levaram o antigo baixista dos PIL \u00e0s margens da m\u00fasica cl\u00e1ssica (\u201cRequiem\u201d), ao ambientalismo (\u201cSpinner\u201d, com Brian Eno) e a registos \u00e9tnicos mais ou menos conspurcados (The Five-Tongued Dragon\u201d, com o harpista chin\u00eas Zi Lan Liao), Jah Wobble foi largando o lastro dos seus graves demasiado afirmativos at\u00e9 alcan\u00e7ar um ponto de equil\u00edbrio que, pressente-se, poder\u00e1 quebrar-se a qualquer momento.<br \/>\n\u00c9 uma s\u00edntese delicada, esta, conseguida \u00e0 custa da conjuga\u00e7\u00e3o dos esfor\u00e7os de um sitarista indiano (Baluji Shrivastar), um soprador de palhetas duplas de tend\u00eancia c\u00e9ltica (Jean-Pierre Rasle, ex-Cock &#038; Bull), um flautista (Clive Bell) e o baterista dos Can (Jaki Liebezeit). Abandonando a quadratura habitual, a investida r\u00edtmica dos Invaders dilui-se aqui num paisagismo ex\u00f3tico aparentemente pr\u00f3ximo da esta\u00e7\u00e3o de Jon Hassell em \u201cCity: Works of Fiction\u201d, mas imbu\u00eddo de uma dose refor\u00e7ada de estranheza.
