Aten\u00e7\u00e3o, por\u00e9m, Ian Anderson nunca foi homem para descer at\u00e9 aos limites da vulgaridade \u2013 embora chegue l\u00e1 perto em \u201cWarm sporran\u201d, \u201cSomething\u2019s on the move\u201d, t\u00edmida incurs\u00e3o no \u201chard rock\u201d e uns \u201cold ghosts\u201d por demais prim\u00e1rios \u2013 mantendo intoc\u00e1veis o seu virtuosismo na flauta e as suas vocaliza\u00e7\u00f5es de menestrel vagabundo. Temas como \u201cDark Ages\u201d, \u201cDun ringill\u201d e \u201cFlying dutchman\u201d est\u00e3o ao n\u00edvel do per\u00edodo, bem mais interessante, de \u201cSongs from the Wood\u201d e \u201cHeavy Horses\u201d.
