E, no entanto, \u201cAll Roads Lead to Land\u201d destila timidamente um encanto especial. Clive Palmer foi nos anos 60 e 70 um segundo-division\u00e1rio da folk brit\u00e2nica. Fez parte da forma\u00e7\u00e3o original dos Incredible String Band, que abandonou para se juntar aos Famous Jug Band e formar os C.O.B. (\u201cClive\u2019s Own Band\u201d), com os quais gravou dois belos e m\u00edsticos \u00e1lbuns, \u201cSpirit of Love\u201d e \u201cMoyshe McStiff and the Tartan Lancers of the Scared Heart\u201d. O presente registo \u00e9 uma sess\u00e3o de 1999, aumentada de dois temas, que traz a voz triste de Palmer, com as suas liturgias intemporais e amores perdidos que se recordam ao cair do Outono. \u00c9 uma esp\u00e9cie de \u00e9mulo, mais grave e monoc\u00f3rdico, de Robin Williamson, dos Incredible String Band, que participa como convidado, e em \u201cSands of Time\u201d parece o vocalista dos S\u00e9tima Legi\u00e3o. Mais interessante \u00e9 \u201cBreizh\u201d, lenga-lenga bret\u00e3 em que Clive toca o bord\u00e3o gaita-de-foles e canta \u201cla la la\u201d num tom razoavelmente c\u00e9ltico. Mas \u00e9 um encanto que n\u00e3o perdura, como se o pr\u00f3prio Palmer h\u00e1 muito se tivesse esva\u00eddo nas sombras dos seus antigos sonhos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>18.02.2005 Clive Palmer All Roads Lead To Land Communion, distri.
